• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks cannot be returned.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
